Day 1 – Arrival and induction session
- Arrival and private transfers to Hyatt Regency Paris Étoile, at Porte Maillot (Paris 17e), linked to the Palais des Congrès
- 14:00 – Induction session in a meeting room: goals, roles, rituals and first priorities
- 17:00 – Welcome cocktail in the Haussmann Salon, boulevard Haussmann (Paris 8e), for up to 35 standing guests
- 19:30 – Dinner in the Industrial Loft, rue de Vézelay (Paris 8e), with exposed brick and flexible layouts

Day 2 – Second induction, Louvre visit and painting workshop
- 09:30 – Second induction session: first projects and team working agreements
- 12:30 – Lunch aboard La Barge Liberty, a cruise restaurant in Paris 15e, with a transfer from the hotel, subject to availability
- 14:00 – Private visit of the Louvre outside public hours, about 2 hours, in two guided groups of 10 to 15 people, subject to museum approval
- 17:30 – Team painting workshop in Paris 17th, the same arrondissement as the hotel, lasting 2 to 3 hours, in two groups of 10 to 15 people, with all materials provided

On quotation, according to group size and season
Price drivers: hotel nights at Hyatt Regency Paris Étoile (indicative from about 250 € per night in a double room, higher during major congresses), the hire of the Haussmann Salon and the Industrial Loft, the lunch aboard La Barge Liberty (indicative from 180 to 250 € HT per person, basis to be confirmed), the private Louvre visit from about 180 € per person excluding VAT for a group of 15 to 25, excluding museum admission (for the two sub-groups, the basis is confirmed on the quotation), and the team painting workshop from 40 € per person excluding VAT.

How far ahead should an onboarding seminar in Paris be booked?
We recommend booking two to three months ahead. The Louvre visit depends on museum approval, which we confirm when the quotation is issued.
What group size does this programme accept?
The programme suits 20 to 30 people. The Louvre visit takes 8 to 25 and the painting workshop 8 to 24, so the group is split into two sub-groups for each of these activities, run in turn. The induction rooms and the loft are sized for the group.
What is included, and what can be customised?
The quotation covers the hotel, venue hire, activities and transfers. The induction agenda, the painting theme and the focus of the Louvre visit can be adapted, and prices are confirmed on request.
