Dag 1
Day 1 – Arrival, welcome and casino evening
- Arrival at Paris Charles de Gaulle or Orly; private transfers to the Shangri-La Paris, with the duration depending on traffic
- 15:00 – Check-in and welcome in the hotel's historic salons, in the former residence of Prince Roland Bonaparte
- 17:30 – Short opening session with the sales director and the programme of the three days
- 19:00 – Casino evening at the hotel, about 2 to 3 hours, run by croupier hosts; no real money is wagered

Day 2 – Seine cruise and festive dinner
- 10:00 – Private cruise on the Seine, about 2 hours, with a reception on board; for groups above 80, the vessel and format are quoted on request
- 13:00 – Lunch at Le Grand Café Capucines, near the Opéra (Paris 9e), then return to the hotel
- 15:30 – Free time, or individual meetings with managers
- 20:00 – Festive dinner at Les Salons de l'Aquarium de Paris, in the Trocadéro gardens, among the tanks and on the terraces

- 09:30 – Closing session and recognition ceremony in the hotel's salons

- 18:30 – Gala dinner in the glazed pavilion on avenue de Suffren, 15th arrondissement, with views of the Eiffel Tower

Price drivers: hotel nights at the Shangri-La Paris, hire of the glazed pavilion and of the Salons de l'Aquarium, menus, and lunch at Le Grand Café Capucines (from about 44 euros excluding VAT per person according to the venue's listed rates, to be confirmed). Activity prices from the activity files: the Seine cruise from about 200 euros per person excluding VAT for a group of 40 to 80, with cocktail; for larger groups, vessel and format on quotation; the casino evening from 1,300 euros per animation excluding VAT, not per person. Airfares and VAT are not included in indicative figures.

The Seine cruise is priced for a group of 40 to 80 in our activity file, with the vessel and format quoted for larger groups, and the casino format takes 15 to 200 guests, so the group fits within the limits of each element.
