Day 1 – Arrival, kick-off reception and festive dinner
- Arrival at Paris Charles de Gaulle or Orly; private transfers to Hôtel Barrière Le Fouquet's Paris (about 45 to 60 minutes depending on traffic)
- 15:00 – Check-in at the hotel, followed by the opening briefing of the programme
- 18:00 – Kick-off reception at Pavillon Berri, with the management address
- 20:30 – Festive dinner at Déjà-Vu, Paris 8th, in the same arrondissement as the hotel

Day 2 – Working session, bike tour and dinner beneath the Eiffel Tower
- 09:30 – Working session on the sales plan at the hotel
- 13:30 – Lunch at Verde Paris, avenue George-V, in the 8th arrondissement, with the whole room booked for the group
- 15:00 – Guided bike tour of the Île de la Cité and Île Saint-Louis, followed by a pétanque challenge in a quiet park, about half a day
- 20:00 – Dinner beneath the Eiffel Tower, about three hours, in a reserved room near the monument, followed by an evening walk along the Champ de Mars; the venue is confirmed in writing with the operator

Hotel nights, the reception at Pavillon Berri, the festive dinner, the lunch at Verde Paris and transfers are quoted on request.

How far ahead should a sales kick-off in Paris be booked?
For a palace hotel with a reception and a dinner beneath the Eiffel Tower, we recommend four to six months ahead. Private spaces near the monument are limited, so the dinner is confirmed early, in writing.
What group size does this kick-off suit?
The programme is designed for 60 to 80 participants. The Eiffel Tower dinner accepts groups of 10 to 120, and the reception and festive dinner are sized for the same range, subject to confirmation.
What is included, and what can be customised?
The programme includes venue arrangements, the bike tour and pétanque challenge, the Eiffel Tower dinner and transfers. Menus, speakers and the working-session agenda can be adapted. Hotel nights and airfares are quoted separately.
