4-Day Long-Haul Seminar in Paris

A four-day seminar in central Paris for teams flying in from Asia, North America, Brazil, Argentina or the Gulf. The programme is built around a five-star hotel in Saint-Germain-des-Prés, with a calm arrival day, a late start on the first working day, work sessions held in peak hours and private transfers between Paris venues, so that jet lag is absorbed before the decisions begin.

Indicative figure for 30 to 40 participants over four days: three nights in a five-star hotel in Saint-Germain-des-Prés, meeting areas, meals as listed, a private Louvre visit, a private Seine cruise and private transfers. Airfares, VAT and visa costs are excluded. Rates depend strongly on dates; September to October and fashion-week periods are the most expensive.

Häufige Fragen

How should a long-haul group handle jet lag in Paris?

We keep the arrival day light, start the first working session late, and place decisions in the late morning and early afternoon. Practical measures such as daylight, rest and a light first evening help most guests. We do not offer medical advice; each group receives a schedule set against its home time zone.

Which airports and transfer times should we plan for?

Paris-Charles de Gaulle and Orly are both served by private coach. The hotel gives about 50 minutes from CDG and 40 minutes from Orly by road, depending on traffic, so we plan wider margins for morning and evening peaks and for arrivals from long-haul flights.

Do guests need a visa for France?

It depends on nationality. Citizens of Japan, the United States, Canada, Brazil, Argentina and the United Arab Emirates are generally visa-exempt for short stays in the Schengen area. Many other nationalities, including China, Thailand and Vietnam, usually need a Schengen visa, which can take several weeks to obtain. ETIAS, the planned travel authorisation for visa-exempt visitors, has an EU launch timeline: check current rules on the official site before booking.

How do you handle halal, vegetarian and allergy needs?

We collect dietary needs at registration, including halal, vegetarian, vegan, seafood allergies and no-pork requirements. Each restaurant confirms its menu in writing before the programme is finalised, and we do not propose a venue that cannot meet the stated needs.

Can the programme accommodate Ramadan and prayer times?

Yes. When the dates fall in Ramadan, we move dinners to after sunset, keep late-afternoon sessions light and confirm meal times with the group. Hotels can usually offer a quiet room on request; we confirm this for the chosen hotel rather than promise a dedicated prayer room.
