The rally has an environmental theme, which is treated lightly and without lecturing. Teams are encouraged to notice the wetlands, the traditional farming and the way the landscape is shaped by water and wind. A short briefing before the start explains what to look for and how to respect the natural areas along the route. The vintage cars keep the pace slow and the focus on what is around the group.
At the end of the rally, the photos are gathered into a shared album that each participant receives. The album becomes a record of the day and a way to continue the conversation after the event. The rally can be planned as a stand-alone outing, as a team building moment during a seminar, or as the first activity of an incentive programme.
