Preguntas frecuentes

How do guests travel from Paris to the Loire Valley?

The group travels by private coach from the Paris hotel to Montparnasse station, then by TGV to Saint-Pierre-des-Corps, which takes about one hour. A private coach then takes the group to the château. Our team handles luggage at each step, so guests do not carry bags through the station.

What working hours suit teams in Brazil and Argentina?

Paris is generally 4 to 5 hours ahead of Brazil and Argentina, depending on the season. A 15:00 session in Paris is mid-morning in São Paulo and Buenos Aires, which is why the first working session is set at that hour. US East Coast teams, about six hours behind Paris, start their working day during the same session. A short written recap follows for anyone who cannot attend live.

Do Brazilian, Argentine and US guests need a visa?

Passport holders from Brazil, Argentina, the United States and Canada can generally enter the Schengen area without a visa for short stays. Rules change, and the ETIAS travel authorisation is being introduced for visa-exempt travellers, so each guest should check the current requirements on the official EU website before booking.

Can interpreters be arranged for Portuguese or Spanish?

Yes. Portuguese and Spanish interpreters can be arranged for plenary sessions and workshops, booked for the hours of the programme and confirmed on quotation. Château and restaurant teams work in English as standard, and written materials can be translated on request, subject to lead time.

What dietary needs can the château and restaurants cover?

Halal, vegetarian, vegan, seafood allergy and no-pork requests are collected before arrival and confirmed with each venue in writing. A château kitchen or a Paris brasserie may not be able to certify halal for every dish, so we confirm each meal rather than assume it.
