Day 1 – Arrival, opening session and cocktail in Louveciennes
- Arrival at Paris airports or rail stations and private transfer to Airelles Château de Versailles
- 15:00 – Check-in and opening session in a private room at the hotel, set up on request
- 19:00 – Cocktail reception at Loft Louveciennes, a loft of about 120 m² in the Yvelines, for up to 30 standing guests
- 20:30 – Dinner at the hotel's Alain Ducasse restaurant, booked separately

Day 2 – Working sessions, Palais Garnier and dinner on the Seine
- 09:00 – Leadership working session at the hotel
- 13:00 – Lunch at the hotel
- 14:30 – Transfer to Paris, then a backstage tour of the Palais Garnier, about 90 minutes, subject to the theatre's schedule
- 16:30 – Paint-in-the-dark workshop in Paris 5th, two hours, with no artistic skill required and each participant taking home their own canvas; the workshop is designed for 30 participants, so for a smaller group the format is confirmed on the quotation
- 20:00 – Dinner aboard La Guêpe Buissonnière, Port de Solférino, Paris 7th, on the Seine, in private hire

Day 3 – Strategy session and closing lunch at Condécourt
- 09:00 – Final strategy session and review of commitments
- 11:00 – Transfer to the Château de Condécourt, a baroque château with a 75-hectare park, two lakes and a glasshouse in the Val-d'Oise (transfer time confirmed on quotation)
- 12:30 – Closing lunch in the château, which can seat up to 120 guests; set-up confirmed on quotation
- 15:30 – Return transfers to Versailles or to the Paris airports

Price drivers: two nights at Airelles Château de Versailles in private hire (room rates depend on the dates), meals including the dinner aboard La Guêpe Buissonnière, the cocktail at Loft Louveciennes and the lunch at the Château de Condécourt, quoted on request. Indicative per person excluding VAT: the backstage tour of the Palais Garnier from about 150 € for a group of 15 to 25, excluding performance tickets, and the paint-in-the-dark workshop from 50 €.

A property in full private hire depends on its calendar, so dates should be confirmed as early as possible. We suggest checking availability several months ahead, then confirming the château visit, the backstage tour and the boat dinner at the same time as the hotel.
Is the group size suitable?
The programme is designed for 16 to 30 participants. According to the hotel, Airelles can host up to 36 guests in full private hire. Meeting set-ups are arranged on request, and equipment is confirmed directly with the hotel.
What is included, and what can be customised?
According to the hotel, private hire includes exclusive tours of the Château de Versailles. Each other element, including the cocktail, the backstage tour, the paint workshop, the boat dinner and the day trip to Condécourt, is quoted separately, so it can be removed or moved to another day.
