Objetivos
- Give the executive team a full working morning in Paris, followed by two days in a quieter setting
- Use a château estate to create the informal conversations that a hotel meeting room rarely allows
- Respect the time difference: morning sessions for the group, afternoons for rest and free time
- Show the Loire Valley's heritage through one visit that the group shares, rather than a list of sights
Perfil de los participantes
Executive committees and senior directors from headquarters and subsidiaries in Tokyo, Toronto, New York, São Paulo, Buenos Aires or Dubai, who prefer a discreet setting and expect the programme to fit around their working hours.

Presupuesto
From approximately €3,100 per person excluding VAT
Indicative figure for 20 to 30 participants over four days: one night in a Paris hotel with meeting rooms, two nights at a four-star château hotel with meeting rooms and dinners, a Chenonceau visit with a Loire wine tasting, lunches as listed, and TGV and private coach transfers. Airfares, VAT and visa costs are excluded. Smaller groups cost more per person, because meeting rooms and coaches are priced per booking.
Preguntas frecuentes
Why split the programme between Paris and the Loire Valley?
Paris keeps the first working morning close to the airport and the hotel. The Loire offers a quieter setting for two days of executive work. The TGV from Paris-Montparnasse to Saint-Pierre-des-Corps takes about an hour, and the château is about 20 minutes by road from Tours.
How large are the château's meeting rooms?
Château de Beauvois has three meeting rooms and a dining room, about 250 m² of modular space in total, and its largest combined room seats up to 120 people in theatre layout. For a group of 20 to 30, sessions run in one room with space for breakouts. Layouts are confirmed in the proposal.
Is the TGV timing reliable enough for executives?
Train timetables are published in advance, and we book group seats once the dates are confirmed. We leave a buffer between the train and the airport coach, and we advise guests to book flights only after the departure time of the coach is known.
Can the group have interpretation during the sessions?
Yes, on request. Interpreters and equipment are quoted separately, and the château's rooms are checked for booth space and layout before the programme is confirmed.
How are halal, vegetarian and allergy needs handled in the Loire?
Requirements are collected at registration and passed to the hotel and to the restaurant at L'Orangerie before the stay. Menus are confirmed in writing for each meal. Quiet rooms for prayer can usually be arranged on request at the château hotel, and we confirm this in advance for the dates chosen.
