Dag 1
Dag 1 – Plenaire sessie en avond in La Défense
- Aankomst in Parijs; privétransfers naar het Mercure Paris Porte de Versailles Expo, Vanves
- 14:00 – Inchecken en plenaire sessie in het hotel
- 18:30 – Receptie in de terraszaal van La Défense, Courbevoie (zittend voor maximaal 140 gasten)
- 20:30 – Diner op het dakterras met een heteluchtballon bij La Défense, afhankelijk van de beschikbaarheid

Dag 2
Day 2 – Farm team day, lunch and wine tasting quiz
- 09:30 – Team day at an urban farm in Saint-Denis, north of Paris, in a half-day format with market gardening workshops, a guided farm visit and field activities; the transfer from the hotel is quoted separately
- 13:30 – Lunch at Madame Brasserie, Paris 7e
- 17:30 – Rest, then transfer into central Paris
- 19:30 – Wine tasting and team quiz, 1 hour 30 to 2 hours, led by an expert trained in oenology: five artisan wines, a blind tasting and a quiz

The price depends on the hotel nights, the hire of the two venues and the per-person cost of the activities. Reference figures from our activity files: the urban farm team day from €15 per person excluding VAT, the wine tasting and team quiz from €50 per person excluding VAT, and lunch at Madame Brasserie from €91 per person excluding VAT according to the venue's listed offers, basis to be confirmed. Transfers between the hotel, La Défense, Saint-Denis and central Paris are quoted separately.

Hoe ver vooruit moet dit programma geboekt worden?
Plan vier tot zes maanden vooruit voor een datum in het voorjaar of de herfst, en eerder voor december, wanneer hotels en locaties sterk gevraagd zijn. De beschikbaarheid van locatie en hotel wordt bij de offerte schriftelijk bevestigd.

The programme is designed for 100 to 120 participants, within the capacity of the La Défense terrace hall and the lunch venue. The final number is confirmed on quotation.

The quotation covers the hotel stay, the venue hire and the activities described, with transfers quoted separately. The theme of the evening, the farm programme and the rooftop dinner can be adapted to the company.
