Dag 1
Dag 1 – Aankomst, openingssessie en avond op de rivier
- Aankomst op Parijs Charles de Gaulle of Orly; privétransfers naar Le Royal Monceau Raffles Paris (ongeveer 45 tot 60 minuten, afhankelijk van het verkeer)
- 15:00 – Inchecken in het hotel en welkom voor de groep
- 16:30 – Jaarlijkse openingssessie in de Salle de bal aux lustres dorés, route de la Muette, Parijs 16e
- 20:00 – Avond op de Bateau Le Rêve sur Seine, met een diner op de rivier, in Parijs 16e

Day 2 – Live cluedo, lunch and Chantilly dinner
- 09:00 – Departure by private coach to La Défense, west of Paris
- 10:00 – Live cluedo at La Défense, in teams of six to eight, lasting two to three hours
- 13:30 – Lunch at Bateau Belle Vallée, Port de la Rapée, Paris 12e, after a private transfer from La Défense; the boat is privately hired for the group, then return to the hotel
- 18:30 – Departure for Chantilly, north of Paris, by train from Paris Gare du Nord, then a short coach transfer
- 20:00 – Gala dinner at Chantilly, after a reception near the gardens and water, closing the kick-off

Indicative component prices from the activity files and restaurant listing, excluding VAT: live cluedo at La Défense from 50 € per person; gala dinner at Chantilly from 260 € per person, for a reception and seated dinner; a meal aboard the Bateau Belle Vallée from 79 € per person, depending on the format. The ballroom and the Bateau Le Rêve sur Seine are quoted on request, as are hotel nights and transfers. The ballroom will be set in a configuration suited to the group size, subject to availability.

Wij adviseren vier tot zes maanden vooruit voor een luxe hotel als uitvalsbasis, de balzaal en een diner in een kasteel. Data in september en oktober, en rond modeweken, vragen meer tijd.
Voor welke groepsgrootte is dit programma geschikt?
The programme is designed for 60 to 80 participants, which fits the gala dinner at Chantilly (30 to 150 guests) and the live cluedo (10 to 139 participants). The final number is confirmed on quotation, once the venues, the hotel and the chosen format are checked for the date.
Wat is inbegrepen en wat kan er worden aangepast?
