Dag 1
Day 1 – Arrival, working session and climate game
- Arrival at the Paris airports and private transfers to Hôtel Lancaster Paris
- 15:00 – Check-in and welcome in the Fontenoy and Berri salons, two adjoining rooms of about 30 m² each
- 16:30 – Working session; the two salons can be reconfigured to the needs of the group
- 19:00 – Climate puzzle team game, about 2.5 hours, in which teams rebuild the average French carbon footprint as a puzzle; for groups above 16, the game runs as two sub-groups in turn
- 21:30 – Dinner at École Ducasse Paris Studio, Rue du Ranelagh, Paris 16th, on request and subject to availability, with a transfer from the hotel

Dag 2
Day 2 – Tailoring, closing session and festive evening
- 09:00 – Bespoke tailoring first session in a Paris atelier, about half a day, with measurements and the choice of cut and fabric; for groups above 16, the session runs as two sub-groups in turn. Fittings follow over several weeks, arranged separately
- 12:30 – Lunch at Restaurant Monsieur, on the hotel's patio
- 15:00 – Closing session in the vaulted salon on avenue de Friedland, Paris 8e, seated for up to 20
- 20:00 – Festive evening at Hôtel la Petite Rosa in the 12th arrondissement, with a standing reception

Price drivers: hotel rooms at Hôtel Lancaster Paris (on quotation), the dinner at École Ducasse Paris Studio (on request), the festive evening and the closing salon hire. Activity prices from the activity files: the climate puzzle game from 93 euros per person, and the first bespoke tailoring session from about 350 euros per person excluding VAT, excluding the finished garment. Airfares and VAT are not included in indicative figures.

How far ahead should a sales incentive in Paris be booked?
