День 1
Day 1 – Arrival, plenary session and team olympiad in Sceaux
- Arrival in Paris from the morning, with private transfers to Novotel Paris Vaugirard Montparnasse, rue de Vaugirard, Paris 15e (transfer times depend on the airport and traffic)
- 09:30 – Opening plenary session in the hotel's 355 m² room, with the agenda for the two days
- 13:00 – Lunch at the hotel, then transfer to the Parc de Sceaux, in Hauts-de-Seine
- 15:00 – Team olympiad in the Parc de Sceaux: teams of two to five take on five challenges mixing strategy, general knowledge and sport (about 2 hours 45 minutes to 3 hours)
- 20:00 – Dinner at Tout Le Monde En Parle Montparnasse, at the foot of the Tour Montparnasse, with its panoramic terrace

Day 2 – Working session, closing lunch, climate rally and dinner at Manko
- 09:00 – Working session on action points and team commitments, in the hotel's plenary room
- 12:30 – Closing lunch in Les 3 Salons, three vaulted rooms in a former Benedictine convent in Paris 7e
- 14:00 – Final session and debrief
- 15:30 – Climate solidarity rally in Paris 12th: teams follow a route with a road book and GPS, solving climate-themed riddles and searching for capsules hidden along the way (about 2 hours 15 minutes)
- 19:30 – Private transfer, then dinner at Manko, avenue Montaigne in Paris 8e, a Peruvian restaurant in the former Drouot auction rooms; its cabaret space is presented for private hire, with exclusive use confirmed on request
- Late evening – Return to the hotel; departures on the following morning

Price drivers: hotel nights and the plenary room at Novotel Paris Vaugirard Montparnasse (quoted on request, by date and volume), the hire of Les 3 Salons and of Tout Le Monde En Parle, the team olympiad from about 45 € per person and the climate rally from about 60 € per person, both subject to the VAT basis confirmed on quotation, and the dinner at Manko, listed from 100 € per person excluding VAT, basis to be confirmed. Transfers are quoted separately.

How far ahead should a team programme in Paris be booked?
For a group of 40 to 60 people, we recommend confirming the hotel and the venues at least three months ahead, with the olympiad, the climate rally and the dinner booked at the same time. Dates in Paris are strongly seasonal, so availability and rates depend on the calendar.
What group size does this programme accept?
The hotel's largest plenary room is listed for up to 300 people theatre-style. The olympiad takes 8 to 80 people, the climate rally 12 to 80, Manko lists 120 seated for a banquet, and Les 3 Salons up to 60 seated. A group of 40 to 60 fits every element; larger groups are studied case by case, subject to availability.

The quotation sets out the hotel rooms, the plenary room, venue hire, the activities and private transfers. The agenda, menus and olympiad challenges can be adapted, and each supplier confirms its VAT treatment and final prices in the quotation.
