Day 2 – Breakout sessions, team challenge and gala dinner
- 09:00 – Regional breakout sessions in the hotel's meeting rooms
- 13:00 – Group lunch at La Coupole, Paris 14e, subject to availability
- 15:00 – Team challenge: electric boat treasure hunt in mixed teams of five to seven from different regions, in Boulogne-Billancourt or in Paris 19th depending on the format chosen, lasting from 2 hours 30 minutes to a full day
- 20:00 – Closing gala dinner with reception and seated dinner, closing the convention; the venue is confirmed on the quotation

Indicative component prices from the activity files, excluding VAT: electric boat treasure hunt from 90 € per person, for teams of five to seven. The lunch at La Coupole (from 45 € HT per person, depending on the format) and the closing gala dinner are quoted on request. Hotel nights, meeting rooms, venue hire and transfers are quoted on request. The final price depends on group size, dates and season.

How far ahead should a sales convention in Paris be booked?
For 150 to 180 participants, we recommend booking four to six months ahead, and earlier for September, October and autumn trade fairs. Venue, hotel rooms and the closing gala dinner venue are confirmed at the same time.
What group size does this convention suit?
The programme is designed for 150 to 180 participants. The electric boat hunts take groups of 6 to 400 in teams of five to seven, La Coupole takes up to 350 guests, and the hotel and the plenary venue have capacity for it, subject to confirmation at the time of booking.
What is included, and what can be customised?
The programme includes the venue arrangements, the team challenge, transfers and the gala dinner format. Menus, agenda, speakers and the breakout layout can be adapted to your brief. Hotel nights and airfares are quoted separately.
