Day 1 – Arrival and welcome reception
- Arrival at Paris; private transfers to the Hôtel Regina Louvre, Place des Pyramides, Paris 1er
- 15:00 – Check-in and short briefing on the year-end programme
- 18:30 – Welcome reception in the Mid-Century Showroom, rue du Bouloi, Paris 1er, standing for up to 100 guests
- 20:30 – Dinner in the Sophia venue, Paris 5e, seated for up to 60 guests

Day 2 – Historical escape game, Bomb Squad challenge and dinner at Club Haussmann
- 10:00 – Historical escape game: the group forms teams of four to six, each working against the clock on puzzles built around a real episode of the city's past (about 90 minutes, plus briefing)
- 13:00 – Lunch
- 14:30 – Immersive action game Bomb Squad in Paris 3rd: teams complete five challenges in a 70 m² course to defuse a paint bomb (one hour to half a day, depending on the format)
- 17:30 – Rest at the hotel and transfer to the evening venue
- 19:30 – Private dinner at Club Haussmann, Paris 9th, a bar and club in a former 1930s bank a short walk from the Opéra Garnier; private hire is obligatory for events

On quotation, according to group size and season
The price depends on the hotel nights, the hire of the two venues and the per-person cost of the activities. Reference figures from our activity files: the historical escape game from €50 to €75 per person excluding VAT, depending on the scenario; the Bomb Squad game from €27.27 per person (VAT basis confirmed on quotation); and the dinner at Club Haussmann from €150 per person excluding VAT, with private hire required.

How far ahead should this programme be booked?
Plan four to six months ahead for a spring or autumn date, and earlier for December, when hotels and venues are in high demand. Venue and hotel availability is confirmed in writing on quotation.
Which group sizes does this programme suit?
The programme is designed for 50 to 60 team members. The Bomb Squad game is set for 60 people, so its format for a smaller group is confirmed on quotation, and seated dinners are limited by the seating at each venue.
What is included, and what can be adapted?
The quotation covers the hotel stay, the venue hire, the games and the dinners described, with airport transfers quoted separately. Menus, the wine selection and the welcome speech can be adapted to the company.
