These terms of use (“Terms”) govern access to and use of the website thefrenchdmc.com (the “Site”), published by GROUPE AVS Ltd (the “Company”), a private limited company registered in England and Wales under company number 13096591, whose registered office is at 167-169 Great Portland Street, 5th Floor, London W1W 5PF, United Kingdom. By browsing the Site or sending a request through it, you accept these Terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the Site.

The Site is aimed at professionals: companies, event and travel agencies, travel managers and HR or sales teams looking for a destination management company in France. Services are offered to businesses; these Terms do not replace the conditions of a written quotation.

The Site lists hotels, convention and event venues, restaurants, activities and programmes. We do our best to keep the information accurate, but capacities, opening status, prices, availability and equipment can change and some items are not yet verified with the establishment. Prices are indicative and shown excluding or including tax as stated; availability is never guaranteed by the Site. Please confirm every detail with us before relying on it.

The brief form and the request cart let you describe an event and list the places, activities and programmes that interest you. Sending a request is free and does not commit you or GROUPE AVS Ltd. A contract is formed only when you accept a written quotation issued by GROUPE AVS Ltd, which then sets the price, services, payment and cancellation terms. You agree to provide accurate information and not to submit requests on behalf of another person without their authority.

The texts, structure, design, logo and name “The French DMC” belong to GROUPE AVS Ltd or are used with permission. You may view the Site and print pages for your internal professional use. Any other reproduction, extraction or reuse (including of the databases of venues, hotels, restaurants and programmes, or by automated means) requires our prior written consent. Photographs belong to their owners; see the Copyright and image credits page.

You agree not to disrupt the Site, attempt unauthorised access, introduce malicious code, overload it with automated requests, collect its content at scale, or use it for unlawful purposes or to mislead others.

Hotels, venues, restaurants and activity providers are independent businesses. Their names and brands belong to them and are used only to describe them. Links to external websites are provided for convenience; we do not control and are not responsible for their content.

The Site is provided “as is”. We may suspend or change it at any time and do not guarantee uninterrupted access. To the extent permitted by law, GROUPE AVS Ltd is not liable for indirect losses or for decisions taken solely on the basis of the information shown on the Site. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

We process the data you send us as described in the Legal notice. We use it only to handle your request and our business relationship, and we do not sell it.

We may update these Terms from time to time; the version published on the Site applies from its date of publication. Last updated: 15 October 2026.

These Terms are governed by the law of England and Wales and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory rules of the country where a consumer lives, which remain applicable.
