- 16:00 – Plenary session in the vintage auditorium, rue de Bercy, Paris 12e, theatre layout for up to 93 seats
- 20:00 – Masked ball in a private mansion in Paris: costumed reception, seated dinner and live music, about 4 hours; the mansion is booked on request, subject to availability

Day 2 – Workshops, team action game and festive evening
- 09:00 – Breakout workshops at the hotel
- 13:00 – Lunch at the hotel
- 15:00 – Team action game at Active room in Paris 12th, from 1 hour to half a day depending on the format, in teams
- 20:00 – Festive evening at the Former Station Restaurant, Avenue du Général-Leclerc, Paris 14e, seated for up to 60 guests and standing for up to 120

3. Tag – Abschlussbilanz und Abschiedsmittagessen

- 10:00 – Closing synthesis session at the hotel
- 12:30 – Farewell lunch at Rooftop Mademoiselle Mouche, a rooftop on a barge at the Port de la Conférence (Paris 8e), on request and subject to availability
- 15:00 – Departure transfers at a time agreed in advance

The price depends on the hotel nights, the hire of the venues and the per-person cost of the activities. Reference figures from our activity files: the masked ball in a Paris mansion from €280 per person excluding VAT, for a reception, seated dinner and ball with live music, with costumes and masks quoted separately; the Active room team action game from €16 per person excluding VAT; the farewell lunch at Rooftop Mademoiselle Mouche from about €50 per person excluding VAT, according to the venue's listed formats. The seated capacity of the auditorium is not fixed in our files and is confirmed on quotation.

Wie weit im Voraus sollte dieses Programm gebucht werden?
Planen Sie vier bis sechs Monate im Voraus für einen Termin im Frühjahr oder Herbst und früher für Dezember, wenn Hotels und Veranstaltungsorte stark nachgefragt sind. Die Verfügbarkeit von Veranstaltungsort und Hotel wird im Angebot schriftlich bestätigt.

Das Programm ist für 60 bis 80 Delegierte konzipiert. Das Auditorium ist für eine Theaterbestuhlung mit bis zu 93 Plätzen bestätigt, daher wird die endgültige Zahl im Angebot geprüft.
Was ist enthalten, und was lässt sich anpassen?
Das Angebot umfasst den Hotelaufenthalt, die Raummiete und die beschriebenen Aktivitäten; Flughafentransfers werden separat angeboten. Das Plenarformat, die Workshop-Themen und der festliche Abend lassen sich an die Agenda des Konvents anpassen.
