1. Tag – Anreise und Willkommensdinner an der Bourse
- Ankunft am Flughafen Paris-Charles-de-Gaulle oder Orly; private Transfers zum Ritz Paris, Place Vendôme (je nach Verkehr etwa 45 bis 60 Minuten)
- 15:00 – Check-in im Ritz Paris und Willkommenserfrischungen
- 18:30 – Empfang im klassizistischen Saal am Place de la Bourse, Paris 2e
- 20:30 – Willkommensdinner im selben Saal, vorbehaltlich der Verfügbarkeit am gewählten Datum

2. Tag – Jubiläumsprogramm, Mittagessen und Gala auf der Seine
- 09:30 – Anniversary programme in a private room at the hotel: speeches and recognition, briefed in advance
- 12:45 – Lunch at Drouant, Paris 2e, in the same district as the Bourse
- 16:00 – Treasure trail in Paris 20th, 2 hours 30 minutes, in teams of four to six, with a private transfer from the hotel
- 20:30 – Gala dinner aboard a Seine cruise boat from quai Henri-IV, Paris 4e, subject to availability

Tag 3
Day 3 – Orienteering and departure
- 10:00 – Free morning, with a late check-out arranged on request
- 14:00 – Climate orienteering course near Fontainebleau, about 2 hours in teams of five to eight, with a private transfer from Paris quoted separately, and return transfers to the Ritz Paris afterwards
- 19:30 – Evening at leisure

The price depends on the hotel nights, the hire of the gala hall and the cruise boat (subject to availability), and the per-person cost of each activity. Reference figures from our activity files: the treasure trail from €75 per person excluding VAT; the climate orienteering course from €90 per person, with VAT treatment to be confirmed at quote. Airport transfers and airfares are quoted separately.

Planen Sie vier bis sechs Monate im Voraus für einen Termin im Frühjahr oder Herbst und früher für Dezember, wenn Hotels und Veranstaltungsorte stark nachgefragt sind. Die Verfügbarkeit von Veranstaltungsort und Hotel wird im Angebot schriftlich bestätigt.

Das Programm ist für 60 bis 120 Gäste konzipiert. Die endgültige Teilnehmerzahl wird im Angebot bestätigt, sobald Veranstaltungsorte, Hotel und das gewählte Format für den Termin geprüft sind.
Was ist enthalten, und was lässt sich anpassen?
Das Angebot umfasst den Hotelaufenthalt, die Saalmiete und die beschriebenen Aktivitäten; Flughafentransfers und Flüge werden separat angeboten. Menüs, Dekoration, Musik und das Motto des Abends können angepasst werden; Kostüme und sonstige Zuschläge werden auf Anfrage kalkuliert.
