Day 1 – Arrival and welcome dinner at the Bourse
- Arrival at Paris Charles de Gaulle or Orly; private transfers to the Ritz Paris, Place Vendôme (about 45 to 60 minutes depending on traffic)
- 15:00 – Check-in at the Ritz Paris and welcome refreshments
- 18:30 – Reception in the neoclassical hall on Place de la Bourse, Paris 2e
- 20:30 – Welcome dinner in the same hall, subject to availability on the chosen date

Day 2 – Anniversary programme, lunch and gala on the Seine
- 09:30 – Anniversary programme in a private room at the hotel: speeches and recognition, briefed in advance
- 12:45 – Lunch at Drouant, Paris 2e, in the same district as the Bourse
- 16:00 – Treasure trail in Paris 20th, 2 hours 30 minutes, in teams of four to six, with a private transfer from the hotel
- 20:30 – Gala dinner aboard a Seine cruise boat from quai Henri-IV, Paris 4e, subject to availability

Day 3 – Orienteering and departure
- 10:00 – Free morning, with a late check-out arranged on request
- 14:00 – Climate orienteering course near Fontainebleau, about 2 hours in teams of five to eight, with a private transfer from Paris quoted separately, and return transfers to the Ritz Paris afterwards
- 19:30 – Evening at leisure

The price depends on the hotel nights, the hire of the gala hall and the cruise boat (subject to availability), and the per-person cost of each activity. Reference figures from our activity files: the treasure trail from €75 per person excluding VAT; the climate orienteering course from €90 per person, with VAT treatment to be confirmed at quote. Airport transfers and airfares are quoted separately.
