Ziele
- Give the executive committee protected time for strategy and budget decisions, placed around the time zones of the group
- Let leaders recover from a long-haul flight before any substantive session begins
- Create an informal setting for candid exchange between leaders who meet only a few times a year
- Keep logistics simple: one palace hotel, short transfers and one point of contact
Teilnehmerprofil
Executive committees, regional heads and board members travelling from Japan, Thailand, Vietnam, China, Singapore, the United States or Canada. They expect discretion, a gentle start after a long flight, and a programme that respects their working hours at home.

Journey
Budget
From approximately €3,500 per person excluding VAT
Indicative figure for 30 participants over five days, based on four nights in a palace hotel on a double-occupancy basis, meeting rooms, meals, private visits and local coach transfers. Airfares and VAT are excluded. The Peninsula Paris and Shangri-La Paris are two options for the same dates; the final choice depends on room availability and group size. Palace rates vary strongly with season and events, so the quotation confirms dates and room mix.
Häufige Fragen
How should working sessions be timed for teams in Asia and North America?
We plan sessions by time zone rather than by the Paris clock. Japan is typically 7 to 8 hours ahead of Paris, China and Singapore 6 to 7 hours ahead, Thailand and Vietnam 5 to 6 hours ahead, and the US East Coast and Canada about 6 hours behind. Decision sessions sit in the Paris morning for Asian attendees and in the Paris afternoon for North American attendees, with a shared recap so that no group misses a decision.
Do guests need a visa for France?
It depends on nationality and passport. Passport holders from Japan, the United States, Canada, Brazil, Argentina and the UAE can generally enter the Schengen area without a visa for short stays. Nationals of countries such as Thailand, Vietnam and China generally need a Schengen visa. Consulates can take several weeks, so we advise applying at least six weeks before travel. Visa-exempt travellers should check on the official EU website whether an ETIAS travel authorisation will be required on their travel dates.
How does the programme handle jet lag?
Day 1 is an arrival day with no sessions, and the first working session takes place on day 2 in the afternoon. We suggest daylight in the morning, a light evening meal and no long naps after mid-afternoon. The rest block on day 4 is deliberately unscheduled. Medical advice on sleep or medication remains with each guest's own doctor.
Can the programme meet halal, vegetarian and seafood-allergy needs?
Yes. Dietary requirements are collected before arrival, including halal, vegetarian, vegan, seafood allergy and no-pork requests. Each hotel and restaurant confirms in writing what it can provide, because halal certification depends on the kitchen. We do not treat a meal as compliant until the venue has confirmed it.
How is luggage handled on arrival and departure?
Private coaches collect guests at Charles de Gaulle or Orly, and the coach crew loads and unloads luggage at each stop. Early arrivals can leave their bags with the hotel until check-in, and departure transfers are timed to each flight, with bags loaded at the hotel.
Can interpreters be arranged for Asian-language participants?
Yes, on request. Interpreters for Japanese, Mandarin, Thai or Vietnamese can be booked for plenary sessions and workshops, and confirmed on quotation within the lead time they require. Guides and hotel teams work in English as standard.
