Día 1
Día 1 – Llegada, sesión de la convención y cena festiva
- Llegada a París Charles de Gaulle u Orly; traslados privados al Occidental Paris Levallois (unos 45 a 60 minutos según el tráfico)
- 15:00 – Registro y bienvenida en el hotel
- 16:00 – Sesión de la convención y recepción en el Salón de gala neoclásico, rue de l'Échelle, París 1.º
- 20:00 – Cena festiva en La Palmeraie, París 15.º, a poca distancia del hotel

Día 2
Day 2 – Team quest, lunch and dinner cruise
- 09:00 – Breakout sessions for each business unit at the hotel
- 11:00 – Sustainable world tour team quest, 2 to 2 hours 30 minutes: teams follow a map, choose their route and means of transport, and complete interactive challenges, followed by a debrief
- 14:00 – Lunch at Alcazar, Paris 6e, on request and subject to availability, with a transfer from the hotel, followed by the closing session
- 18:30 – Transfer to the departure quay for the dinner cruise, arranged for the group
- 19:30 – Private dinner cruise on the Seine, about 2 hours 30 minutes, with a seated dinner on a chartered vessel, closing the convention

Indicative component prices from the activity files and restaurant listing, excluding VAT: sustainable world tour team quest from 70 € per person; private dinner cruise on the Seine from 150 € per person, with pre-cruise drinks and transfers quoted separately; lunch at Alcazar from 68 € per person depending on the format, subject to availability. Venue hire at the Neoclassical Gala Hall and La Palmeraie, hotel nights and coach transfers are quoted on request. The seated capacity of the gala hall is lower than the group, so the reception there is set as a standing event.
