Day 1 – Arrival, plenary and dinner cruise
- Arrival and transfers to the Novotel Paris Centre Tour Eiffel, quai de Grenelle, 15th arrondissement
- 14:00 – Opening plenary in the hotel's large conference room, set up theatre style
- 17:30 – Breakout sessions by region in the hotel's meeting rooms
- 19:30 – Dinner cruise on board Le Diamant Bleu, moored in the 16th arrondissement, a boat listed as privatisable; transfer from the hotel

Day 2 – Environmental treasure hunt and gala dinner
- 09:00 – Coach transfer to Versailles for an environmental treasure hunt, from 1 to 3 hours depending on the format, in teams with facilitators
- 13:00 – Lunch, then return to the hotel
- 15:30 – Breakout sessions and individual meetings
- 19:30 – Gala dinner in the Bercy conference hall, 12th arrondissement, with an awards ceremony

- 17:00 – Transfer to the Port de la Gare, Paris 13th
- 19:30 – Festive closing evening on a century-old boat moored at the Port de la Gare, with a rooftop and total privatisation for up to 250 guests

Price drivers: hotel rooms and meeting rooms at the Novotel Paris Centre Tour Eiffel (on quotation), hire of the Bercy hall and of the boat for the closing evening, the Diamant Bleu dinner cruise (from about 81 euros excluding VAT per person, depending on the format), coaches for Versailles and Saint-Cloud. Activity prices from the activity files: the environmental treasure hunt from 70 euros per person, final price confirmed in the quote; the cardboard car build from 65 euros per person excluding VAT. Airfares and VAT are not included in indicative figures.

Yes, for 120 to 200 people. The hotel has 36 meeting rooms and can host up to 600 people theatre style, according to the Accor page. The environmental treasure hunt accepts groups of 10 to 500 and the cardboard car build 8 to 400, and the Bercy hall is sized for 200 seated.
