Día 1 – Llegada, sesión plenaria y cena de gala
- Arrival and transfers to the Radisson Blu Hotel Paris Marne-la-Vallée, in the Val d'Europe
- 14:00 – Plenary session in the hotel's meeting rooms, with the seminar team handling the set-up and the audiovisual
- 16:00 – Carbon footprint board game, about 2 hours, in competing teams; the venue is confirmed at booking
- 18:30 – Free time at the hotel
- 19:30 – Gala dinner at Ritz Plazza in Bobigny, in the hall chosen for the group size, with daylight and accessibility listed

Day 2 – Team olympics, lunch and festive evening
- 09:00 – Transfer to Paris for an indoor team olympics, about 2 hours 30 to 3 hours, in teams of ten
- 12:30 – Lunch at Flora Danica, brasserie on the Champs-Élysées (Paris 8e), after a transfer
- 16:00 – Free time, then return to the east of Paris
- 20:00 – Festive evening at Le White in Neuilly-sur-Marne, in one of its two indoor salons

Activity prices from the activity files: the carbon footprint board game from 68 euros per person excluding VAT; the indoor team olympics from 125 euros per person excluding VAT.
