Día 1
Day 1 – Arrival, opening session and dinner at Ponton Emile
- Arrival at Paris Charles de Gaulle or Orly and private transfer to Le Meurice
- 15:00 – Check-in and welcome refreshments
- 17:00 – Opening session in the Jeu de Paume salon, with the seminar agenda and working rules
- 20:00 – Dinner at Ponton Emile, a banquet venue in Paris 12e for up to 80 guests, subject to availability, with a transfer from Le Meurice

Day 2 – Strategy work, team workshop and evening at Le Rexy
- 09:00 – Strategy working session in the Jeu de Paume salon
- 13:00 – Lunch at the hotel
- 14:30 – Team workshop on natural resources, a collaborative game of two and a half to three hours, in two groups of 10 to 15 people: each participant plays a clan leader who must feed their family

Day 3 – Decisions, lunch at Aux Belles Poules and cooking workshop in Chelles

- 12:30 – Lunch at Aux Belles Poules, a venue in Paris 2 with a 1920s-style interior, mosaics and period mirrors, for up to 55 seated guests
- 16:30 – Closing session and departure arrangements
- 19:00 – Zero-waste cooking workshop at an eco-venue in Chelles (Seine-et-Marne), for 20 participants, lasting from 2 hours to half a day, with a transfer from Paris; for a larger group, a second session is run for the remaining guests, subject to availability

Price drivers: two nights at Le Meurice (room rates by season), the Jeu de Paume salon and seminar set-up, meals, the venues at Aux Belles Poules, Ponton Emile and Le Rexy Paris, quoted on request. Indicative per person excluding VAT: the natural resources workshop from 150 €, and the zero-waste cooking workshop in Chelles from 85 €.

A palace hotel and several private venues in the same week need firm dates early. We suggest starting four to six months ahead, and longer for September, October or fashion-week periods, when demand in Paris is usually high.
Is the Jeu de Paume salon suited to a group of 20 to 30?
The Jeu de Paume salon is suited to confidential meetings, and the hotel's four historic salons can be combined for larger receptions. Room sizes and layouts differ between sources, so the floor plan is confirmed with the hotel before quotation.
What is included, and what can be customised?
Each day is built from separate quotation lines for the hotel, the meals, the team workshop, the cooking workshop in Chelles and venue hire, so any element can be replaced. Restaurant tables and private venues are confirmed in writing.
