The Loire Valley offers some of the most recognised châteaux in France, set among gardens, forests and river meadows. For a corporate gala, a château provides a setting that no hotel ballroom can match, and the evening can be built around the house's own history and rooms.
We work with châteaux that accept evening events and with a short list of caterers and event managers who know these houses well. The programme typically runs from an arrival reception to a seated dinner, followed by music, a speech or an awards moment and, if the château allows, a late-evening terrace.
Transfers from Paris, Tours or Orléans are arranged by coach, and the group can be accommodated in nearby hotels or in the town of Amboise, Tours or Blois, depending on the programme.

- Many châteaux host evening events only on certain dates and apply their own closing-time and sound rules. We confirm these before any proposal is sent.
- Weather matters for an outdoor reception; a covered alternative is always agreed in advance.
- Dress code and table layout are agreed with the client; the château's own décor and furniture cannot be altered.
- Book at least four to six months ahead for weekends in spring and autumn.

Can a château be booked exclusively for a corporate dinner?
Some châteaux can be hired for private evening events, subject to their availability and their own rules. We do not promise exclusive use until the château has confirmed the date in writing.
How far is the Loire Valley from Paris for a group?
The Loire Valley is roughly one hour by TGV from Paris Montparnasse to Tours, or about two hours by coach from central Paris. For larger groups, coaches are the most practical option for the evening.
Can the dinner include a wine tasting?
Yes. The menu can be paired with Loire wines from local producers, and a short tasting can open the evening. Wines are priced separately and selected to suit the menu and the group.
