The Reims convention bureau and project sources describe a main nave of about 1,500 seats in the plenary hall and two further amphitheatres of 350 to 700 seats; figures differ slightly across listings, and no reliable room surface was found. The wider Reims Events complex includes the Parc des Expositions, with large halls.
Reims is distinct for the Champagne programme: private cellar visits, dinners in champagne houses and UNESCO-listed sites make the venue a good base for incentive-style conventions within an hour of Paris.

In the town centre, within walking distance of the cathedral and Reims station. TGV from Paris Gare de l'Est takes about 45 minutes; Paris–Charles de Gaulle airport is about 1 hour by car.
