- 09:30 – CSR treasure hunt in the Butte-aux-Cailles, Paris 13th, 2 to 3 hours, in teams of seven at most

- 19:30 – Jazz evening in Saint-Germain-des-Prés, about 3 hours: dinner or cocktail, then a concert by a Paris jazz formation

- 13:00 – Lunch at Le Pavillon Élysée Té, on the Champs-Élysées (Paris 8e), with the in-house caterer Té Traiteur

- 22:30 – Return transfers to Le Méridien Étoile
- Next morning – Departure transfers at a time agreed in advance

The price depends on the hotel nights, the hire of the two venues and the per-person cost of the activities. Reference figures from our activity files: the Saint-Germain-des-Prés jazz evening from about 130 euros per person for a reserved table with a concert and a drink, for a group of 20 to 40, excluding dinner and transport, to be confirmed for a larger group; the CSR treasure hunt in the Butte-aux-Cailles from 60 euros per person excluding VAT; lunch at Le Pavillon Élysée Té from 139 euros excluding VAT per person as listed by the venue, with the catering package to be confirmed. The final quote confirms group size, date and VAT treatment.

How far ahead should this programme be booked?
Plan four to six months ahead for a spring or autumn date, and earlier for December, when hotels and venues are in high demand. Venue and hotel availability is confirmed in writing on quotation.
Which group sizes does this programme suit?
The programme is designed for 60 to 80 participants. The CSR treasure hunt accepts 6 to 100 people, in teams of seven at most, and the Loft Lechapelais seats up to 85. For the jazz evening, a group of this size may be split into two sittings or held in a privatised room, as agreed with the club, so the final size is confirmed on quotation.
What is included, and what can be adapted?
The quotation covers the hotel stay, the venue hire and the activities described, with airport transfers and airfares quoted separately. The challenges, the gala theme and the awards format can be adapted to the company's incentive rules.
