- 14:00 – Retreat session in the hotel's Seine room, of about 300 m², with terraces over the water for breakout groups
- 18:30 – Drinks on the rooftop terrace with garden in Paris 19e, subject to availability
- 20:30 – Cluedo in Versailles: the secret of the Revolution, for teams of 10 to 50 people, lasting about 2 hours, with a transfer from Paris

Day 2 – Working session, cocktail workshop and dinner at Maison Vivart
- 09:00 – Working session: decisions for the team and follow-up owners
- 12:30 – Lunch at Dandy Saint-Germain, a bar in Paris 6e, with a transfer from the hotel
- 14:30 – Team cocktail workshop in Paris 3rd, for 5 to 50 people, about 2 hours: teams learn the basic techniques with the bartender, then create their own drinks in a short game
- 19:30 – Dinner at Maison Vivart, a reception house in the 20th arrondissement with a classical interior, gilded mirrors and chandeliers, subject to availability

Price drivers: one night at Holiday Inn Express Paris Canal de la Villette (rates by season, quoted on request), the meeting rooms, the rooftop drinks, the lunch at Dandy Saint-Germain (indicative from 50 to 60 € HT per person, basis to be confirmed), the dinner at Maison Vivart and the activities. Indicative per person excluding VAT: the cocktail workshop from 90 €, and the Versailles cluedo from 35 €. Venue rates are quoted on request.

How far ahead should a management retreat in Paris be booked?
A business hotel with several rooms and a rooftop venue is easier to book than a palace, but we still suggest confirming at least three months ahead. The cocktail workshop, the Versailles cluedo and the rooftop drinks are booked in the same quotation.
Is the hotel suited to 30 to 40 managers?
Yes. The hotel has seven flexible meeting rooms and a Seine room of about 300 m², which the hotel says holds up to about 200 people. Capacities differ between pages, so the room plan and set-up are confirmed with the hotel.
What is included, and what can be customised?
Room rates, meeting rooms, lunches, the cocktail workshop, the dinner and the evening activities are separate lines of the quotation. Any element, including the Versailles cluedo, can be moved or replaced, and venue availability is confirmed in writing.
