A pastry team workshop in the 4th arrondissement of Paris, lasting about two hours, for 8 to 60 people. The format depends on group size: a dessert course with two desserts and a petit four for up to 12 participants, a teams challenge that builds a sweet buffet from a basket of mystery ingredients for up to 32, or a participatory cocktail workshop for up to 60, with chefs guiding each step.
Each format ends with a tasting on site, served with coffee, tea and soft drinks. Teams also act as the jury for the buffet challenge, so the session works as both a workshop and a shared moment.
