Chefs guide teams through a collaborative cooking session in Paris 4th, at lunch or at dinner. In the à la carte format, participants form three brigades for starter, main course and dessert, prepare seasonal recipes, and then share a full meal together.
The solidarity format doubles the quantities: half of the menu is tasted on site, and the other half is packed into meal baskets for a local association. The chefs can also travel to your own venue. The format builds cohesion through cooking and sharing.
