Día 1
Day 1 – Arrival, plenary session and waterside dinner
- Arrival at Paris Orly or Charles de Gaulle; transfers to Hilton Garden Inn Paris Orly Airport in Rungis (about 30 to 45 minutes from the airport)
- 15:00 – Check-in and welcome at the hotel
- 16:00 – Coach transfer to the Night-Sky Auditorium in Versailles for the plenary session (about 40 minutes)
- 20:00 – Festive evening at Le Yacht Club du Coudray-Montceaux by the water, with dinner and a short programme

Day 2 – Augmented reality escape game, lunch in Paris 16e and team treasure hunt
- 09:00 – Regional working sessions at the Night-Sky Auditorium
- 11:30 – Coach transfer to the park of the Château de Nanterre, in Hauts-de-Seine, for an augmented reality escape game in mixed teams, lasting 1.5 to 3 hours and built on a sustainable development theme
- 15:00 – Lunch at Auteuil Brasserie, Paris 16e, a brasserie installed in a former railway station, followed by the closing of the convention
- 16:30 – Smartphone treasure hunt with QR codes for mixed teams, indoors or outdoors as agreed at booking, lasting 1 hour 30 to 2 hours 30
- Evening – Coach back to the hotel in Rungis

Indicative component prices from the activity files, excluding VAT: augmented reality escape game from 55 € per person, team treasure hunt from 60 € per person (VAT treatment to be confirmed at quote), and lunch at Auteuil Brasserie from about 32 € per person excluding VAT, according to the venue's published rates. Venue hire at the Night-Sky Auditorium and at Le Yacht Club du Coudray-Montceaux, hotel nights and coach transfers are quoted on request. The price depends on group size, dates and season.
