Day 1 – Arrival, board session and bridge challenge
- Arrival at Paris Charles de Gaulle or Orly and private transfer to Saint James Paris
- 14:30 – First board session in the Club Room, set up in a U-shape for up to 18 people
- 17:00 – Sustainable bridge-building challenge, from 2 to 2 hours 30 minutes: teams build a bridge from eco-friendly materials; the challenge is designed for 15 participants, so the final headcount is matched to it on quotation, and the room layout is confirmed at booking as the build needs floor space
- 20:00 – Dinner at Hôtel Wallace in the 15th arrondissement, a hotel and bar with a private room and a rooftop terrace, subject to availability

Day 2 – Decisions, cooking masterclass, closing drinks and dinner
- 09:00 – Second board session: decisions, votes and approval of the minutes
- 11:30 – Cooking masterclass with an experienced chef, about 3 to 4 hours, in a restaurant kitchen confirmed at booking, followed by a shared meal prepared by the group
- 18:30 – Closing drinks in the event room beside the Ballon de Paris, in Parc André Citroën (15th arrondissement)
- 20:30 – Dinner at Atelier Maître Albert, Paris 5e, in a historic building, subject to availability, with a transfer from the Parc André Citroën

Price drivers: one night at Saint James Paris, the Club Room and suites, and the dinner at Hôtel Wallace, quoted on request; the dinner at Atelier Maître Albert from 45 € HT per person as listed by the venue, basis and inclusions to be confirmed. Activities are indicative and per person excluding VAT: the bridge challenge from 65 €, with VAT treatment to be confirmed at quote; the cooking masterclass from around 290 € for the masterclass and the shared meal, excluding wines. The final price depends on the date and on the venue or menu chosen.

We suggest confirming a private hotel room and the cooking masterclass at least three months ahead, and earlier for autumn dates. Restaurant tables and the challenge materials are confirmed in the same quotation, so the whole programme can be validated in one step.

Sí. El Club Room, de 54 m², se adapta a grupos reducidos, y la página de reuniones del hotel indica 18 personas en forma de U. El propio hotel desaconseja los seminarios de más de unas 40 personas, por lo que los consejos más numerosos necesitan un espacio mayor.
¿Qué incluye y qué se puede personalizar?
The quotation lists the hotel nights, the room set-up, meals, the bridge challenge, the cooking masterclass and transfers as separate lines, so any item can be removed or moved to another day. Masterclasses and private rooms depend on the chef's and the venue's availability and are confirmed in writing.
