Day 1 – Arrival, plenary and cabaret revue evening
- Arrival at Paris; private transfers to the Hilton Paris Opera, Paris 8e
- 14:00 – Registration and plenary session in the hotel conference rooms, subject to availability

- 19:30 – Cabaret revue evening in the style of the Parisian music halls, with dinner, a reserved table area and a show, about 3 hours; the venue and date are confirmed at booking, subject to availability

Day 2 – Breakout sessions, treasure hunt and closing party
- 09:00 – Breakout workshops at the hotel
- 13:00 – Lunch at Bateau River Palace, Port de Javel Haut, Paris 15e, in banquet format, with the boat privately hired for the group
- 15:00 – Treasure hunt in the park and gardens of the Château de Versailles, 2 to 3 hours, in teams following clues tied to the court of Louis XIV, with transfers from Paris and back quoted separately
- 18:30 – Cocktail at Les Appartements by La Fabrique, Paris 8e, standing for up to 250 guests
- 20:30 – Closing party at Cangting, Paris 17e, seated for up to 150 guests

The price depends on the hotel nights and conference rooms, the hire of the venues and the per-person cost of the activities. Reference figures from our activity files: the cabaret revue evening from €220 per person excluding VAT, for a dinner and show package with a set menu and house wine; the Versailles treasure hunt from €60 to €90 per person excluding VAT, with estate entry tickets and transfers additional; the lunch at Bateau River Palace from €137 per person excluding VAT, depending on the format. The final quote confirms group size and venue.

Hoe ver vooruit moet dit programma geboekt worden?
Plan vier tot zes maanden vooruit voor een datum in het voorjaar of de herfst, en eerder voor december, wanneer hotels en locaties sterk gevraagd zijn. De beschikbaarheid van locatie en hotel wordt bij de offerte schriftelijk bevestigd.
Voor welke groepsgroottes is dit programma geschikt?
Het programma is ontworpen voor 100 tot 120 deelnemers, binnen het maximum van 150 gasten van het Hilton Paris Opera. Zittende diners zijn beperkt door de zitplaatsen van elke locatie, dus het definitieve aantal wordt bij de offerte bevestigd.
Wat is inbegrepen en wat kan er worden aangepast?
De offerte omvat het verblijf in het hotel en de congreszalen, de zaalhuur en de beschreven activiteiten; luchthaventransfers worden apart geoffreerd. Sessies, de agenda, de vorm van de lunch en het afsluitende feest kunnen worden aangepast aan de conventie.
