A three-hour team cooking challenge for a group of 15, held at a venue of your choice in Île-de-France. Colleagues work in brigades, using a pantry of fresh ingredients, to design and prepare a cocktail buffet: eight mini-recipes, savoury and sweet, within sixty minutes.
A chef coach guides the brigades and assesses their approach, including how they organise the work, keep the workstation clean and limit food waste. Results are announced at the end, and the winning team receives gifts. Aprons and toques are provided for participants. The format suits lunch or dinner events where a team wants a hands-on, competitive activity.
