Mindful Mountain Walk is a restorative programme that alternates unhurried walks in the mountains with moments of attention, breathing and calm. The walking is gentle and guided, with stops to observe the landscape, the plants and the wildlife, and the group is invited to notice what is around them rather than to measure performance. Sessions can include sophrology, guided meditation, conscious walking and a practical workshop on edible wild plants led by specialists, so that the day stays varied. Short talks on sleep, vitality and nutrition can be added, presented as general information rather than medical advice. The programme is flexible in length and location: it can be a single morning after a demanding meeting, a full day of recovery during a seminar, or a stay of several days for a team that wants to reset its pace. Lakeside and mountain settings around Annecy and the nearby cities offer a choice of atmospheres, and the programme is adjusted to the season and to the wishes of the group. The approach suits colleagues who value calm, reflection and a break from screens, and it can be paired with a shared meal, which is often where the group continues the conversation begun on the trail. Everything is planned by us, from transport and logistics to the choice of practitioners, so the client only has to decide the intention of the programme.

目的

  • Offer a restorative break inside a demanding work programme
  • Introduce simple breathing and mindfulness practices to a mixed group
  • Encourage attention to the landscape and to the body rather than to performance
  • Create a calm setting for reflection and informal exchanges

流程

  1. 1We agree on the intention of the programme, the duration, the number of participants and the setting.
  2. 2The group meets the facilitator, who explains the pace of the day and the practices on offer.
  3. 3Walks alternate with breathing, meditation or sophrology sessions and, if chosen, a short talk or workshop.
  4. 4A shared meal or light refreshment closes the day, often with an informal discussion.
  5. 5Transfers return the group to the starting point or to the resort.

注意事項

  • Participants should wear comfortable clothing and walking shoes; the practices can be done seated or standing.
  • The talks on health topics are general information and do not replace medical advice.
  • Wild plant workshops depend on the season and on the species available in the area.

常見問題

Do participants need any experience of meditation?

No. The practices are introduced step by step and are suitable for complete beginners. Participants can simply observe if they prefer not to take part in a particular exercise.

Is the programme suitable for a seminar?

Yes. It can be placed between two sessions as a recovery break, or as a full day in the middle of a seminar. The length and the content are adapted to the agenda.

Can the programme include a meal or an overnight stay?

Yes. A meal can be arranged at a mountain or lakeside restaurant, and longer programmes can include accommodation. Both are quoted separately from the activity.
