An escape game in the open air, on a glacier and its surroundings, offers a very different setting from a room with locked doors. The teams move along a route that links several points of interest, each one hiding a riddle or a physical challenge. To progress, they must observe the environment, share what each member has noticed and agree on the next step before the clock runs out.
The story is built around a search for lost crystals. Each station gives a clue, and the clues only make sense when the team puts them together. This creates a natural rhythm of discovery and collaboration: some people read the map, others work on the puzzles, and the group reconvenes to confirm each answer. The format rewards clear communication more than individual intelligence, which is why it works well for mixed teams.
The activity fits into a morning of a seminar or a winter programme and can be followed by a lunch or a debrief on what the teams learned about working together. The number of teams, the level of difficulty and the route are adapted to the group and to the conditions on the day.
