A self-led cooking team workshop in the Paris region for 12 to 30 people, lasting about three hours. Each team receives a complete kit with weighed fresh ingredients, the cooking equipment and step-by-step recipe sheets, and prepares five bite-sized savoury or sweet items for an aperitif or an afternoon snack. Teams share the tasks and follow the recipes together, like a team game.
The kit is set up at the location you choose, so the workshop can take place on your premises. The session runs in three stages: set-up, cooking and tasting.
