- 14:30 – Giant CSR board game in Paris 12th, about two hours, on a 5 by 5 metre board where teams make choices to reduce their carbon footprint
- 20:00 – Dinner at Réséda Café by Thierry Marx, on a mezzanine over the central square of the Grand Palais, for up to 125 seated guests, subject to availability

- 15:00 – Engaged city treasure hunt in the Aligre district, Paris 12th, in teams of up to seven following a roadmap and visiting social economy initiatives; lasting two and a half to three and a half hours

For a group of this size we suggest booking at least six months ahead, and earlier for fashion-week or trade-fair dates, when rates are highest.
Is the ballroom suitable for a plenary of 40 to 70 people?
The Salon Vendôme is a very large room of about 465 m². Directories quote different theatre and standing capacities, so the layout is confirmed with the hotel. For 40 to 70 people the plenary can be set in a smaller salon, with the Vendôme kept for the reception.
What is included, and what can be customised?
Accommodation, room hire, meals, the giant board game, the treasure hunt and the reception are separate quotation lines. Any of them can be moved to another day, and restaurant tables are subject to availability.
