常見問題
How far ahead should a product launch roadshow stop be booked?
We recommend three to five months ahead for a launch in Paris, with the venue and the château dinner confirmed first. Dates in September and October and around major Paris events need more lead time.
Is the programme suitable for a group of different size?
The château dinner takes groups of 40 to 180 people, and this programme is built around 90 participants. For a smaller or larger launch, the presentation venue and the team challenge can be adapted, subject to availability.
What is included, and what can be customised?
The programme covers the venue arrangements, the château dinner and escape game bookings, transfers between sites and the boat dinner format. Product content, speakers, branding and the working-session agenda are set with your team. Airfares and hotel nights are quoted separately.
