4-Day Paris and Champagne Incentive

A four-day incentive that opens in Paris, reaches Reims by TGV for two nights in the heart of the Champagne region, and closes with a recognition dinner in the Champagne hills. Reims is under an hour from Paris by high-speed train, so the vineyard days stay full and guests who have already flown a long way avoid long coach journeys.

الميزانية

From approximately €2,900 per person excluding VAT

Indicative figure for 30 to 50 participants over four days: one night in Paris, two nights in Reims, meals as listed, a cellar visit and a blending workshop, an Opéra Garnier backstage tour, group TGV seats and private coach transfers. Airfares, VAT and visa costs are excluded. Champagne houses set their own calendars, so cellar dates are confirmed first.

الأسئلة الشائعة

How long is the train from Paris to Reims?

The TGV from Paris-Est to Reims takes under an hour, which makes Champagne a realistic overnight or day trip from Paris. We book group seats once the flight schedule is known, and plan coach transfers from the station to the hotel and the cellars.

Can a group of 40 visit a champagne cellar?

Yes, but in several groups. Cellar visits and blending workshops are arranged in sessions, because each house sets its own group size and calendar. Visits are confirmed on request and subject to the house's availability.

Is the programme suitable for guests who do not drink alcohol?

Yes. Tastings are optional and guests can skip them without changing the rest of the programme. Non-alcoholic options are arranged on request for lunches and the recognition dinner, and the menu is adapted to the group's dietary needs.

How are dietary needs handled at the Champagne dinners?

We collect halal, vegetarian, seafood-allergy and other requirements at registration. Each restaurant confirms its menu in writing. Not every restaurant offers a halal menu, so we confirm the options for each dinner before the programme is finalised.

What is the best season for a Champagne incentive?

May to June and September to October combine pleasant weather in the vineyards with easier hotel availability. The grape harvest in September and early October is a memorable period for groups, but cellar dates are more limited, so we advise booking early.
