Madame Brasserie

Madame Brasserie occupies the first floor of the Eiffel Tower, on the Champ de Mars, under the direction of chef Thierry Marx. A two-day corporate programme for 100 to 120 participants, based at the Mercure Paris Porte de Versailles Expo in Vanves. The first evening takes place in the La Défense terrace hall in Courbevoie, followed by a dinner on a rooftop with a hot-air balloon at La Défense. The second day combines a team day at an urban farm in Saint-Denis, lunch at Madame Brasserie in the 7th and a wine tasting and team quiz in the evening.
