Madame Brasserie

Madame Brasserie occupies the first floor of the Eiffel Tower, on the Champ de Mars, under the direction of chef Thierry Marx. The second day combines a team day at an urban farm in Saint-Denis, lunch at Madame Brasserie in the 7th and a wine tasting and team quiz in the evening.
