The Trail Running Camp is a short, guided training stay built for groups who want to run in the mountains with expert support. An experienced trail coach designs a route suited to the level of each participant, from a first discovery of steep paths to more demanding sessions focused on pace management, descents and endurance. The camp is built around the practical side of mountain running: how to read a trail, how to manage effort on climbs, how to descend safely and how to refuel on the move. The coach also brings in the wider context of the mountain environment, including weather, altitude and the physical signs of fatigue, so that participants understand why the terrain behaves the way it does. Luggage is transported between stages, and accommodation is chosen from hotels for shorter stays or refuges for longer routes. The programme suits a team that wants to train together towards a common race or simply to share a demanding physical challenge. Because the coaching adapts to each person, colleagues with very different backgrounds can progress side by side. The camp can be combined with a wellness stay or a team dinner at the end of the last stage. The route, the level, the length of the stay and the accommodation are agreed with the client, and the final plan depends on the season and the group's objectives.

常見問題
Do participants need to be experienced runners?
No. The camp covers levels from first steps on trails to confirmed runners, and each participant follows a route designed for their own level.
Can the camp be used to prepare for a race?
Yes. The coach can build sessions around a target event, but the objectives are agreed with each participant so that the camp remains a shared experience rather than a race selection.
Is the camp suitable for a team seminar?
Yes, it works well as a team retreat, with working sessions in the evenings or between stages. The programme is arranged so that the training does not compete with the business agenda.
