A collaborative team game on biodiversity and the management of natural resources, for groups of 7 to 20 people, lasting two and a half to three hours. Each participant plays a clan leader who must provide for their family, while a nature park manager, also a character in the game, works to protect a bird species. The scenario unfolds in a context of urgency and uncertainty.
The activity shows what successful collaboration looks like when resources are shared and the outcome depends on everyone. It suits company leaders and employees who want to explore environmental questions together, in a format that avoids a classroom approach.
