Day 1 – Arrival, roadshow session and Quai de la Tournelle dinner
- Arrival at Paris Charles de Gaulle or Orly; private transfers to Hôtel Napoléon (about 45 to 60 minutes depending on traffic)

- 16:30 – Roadshow session at Le Grand Hôtel des Rêves, Paris 5th
- 20:00 – Dinner on an Art Deco boat moored on the Quai de la Tournelle, Paris 5th

Day 2 – Team olympics, lunch and Seine dinner cruise
- 09:30 – Indoor team olympics in Paris, in teams of ten, lasting 2 hours 30 minutes to 3 hours, with a referee for each match
- 12:30 – Lunch at Ora FarmHouse au Pavillon du Lac, Paris 19e, with a transfer from the venue, subject to availability
- 18:30 – Private dinner cruise on the Seine, about 2 hours 30 minutes, past the Louvre, Notre-Dame and the Eiffel Tower, for groups of 20 people and more

Indicative component prices from the activity files, excluding VAT: indoor team olympics from 125 € per person; Seine dinner cruise from 150 € per person for a seated dinner on a chartered boat. The Art Deco boat, the Ora FarmHouse lunch (indicative from 80 € HT per person, depending on the format) and hotel nights are quoted on request.
