We work with estates that open their land for private evenings, and with caterers who know how to serve a seated dinner in a vineyard setting. The programme starts with a walk through the rows at sunset, a tasting of the estate's wines and a seated dinner, usually with local produce and Provençal dishes.
Because the estates are working farms, the programme follows the vineyard calendar, and the evening layout is confirmed with the owner.
