Geneva (GVA): the main gateway, about 45 km from Annecy; the transfer takes roughly 40 to 60 minutes by road depending on traffic and border formalities.
Paris by TGV: about 3h40 from Paris Gare de Lyon to Annecy, on several daily services. Aix-les-Bains is also served by TGV from Paris.
Chambéry-Savoie Mont Blanc (CMF): a smaller airport, close to Aix-les-Bains, with seasonal flights.
Lyon-Saint-Exupéry (LYS): an alternative gateway, about 1h45 by road from Annecy.

The Centre de Congrès Impérial (Grand Annecy), next to the lake, has 19 modular rooms ranging from 17 to 562 m² and up to 600 people in plenary. The adjoining Impérial Palace hotel runs the Salle de l'Europe, which holds up to 400 people seated for a banquet and 600 for a cocktail when combined with La Rotonde de l'Europe.
The convention bureau also lists Bonlieu (a performing arts centre in the city centre), Arcadium (1,800 seats), Espace Rencontre (1,200 seats) and Cap Périaz (900 seats) for larger formats. Figures differ between sources and are confirmed with the venues. For groups of 20 to 150 people, lakeside hotels and manor houses offer meeting rooms with views of the water.

Mid-July to August, when the shores are very crowded and prices are high, and early June during the animation film festival. We check the calendar before proposing dates.
Is a winter programme combining Annecy and ski resorts possible?
