The Mountain Fortress Challenge is an immersive team adventure set in an outdoor location, with a storyline that carries the group from one trial to the next. Teams have to solve riddles, clear an obstacle course and win a series of skill games, each one requiring a different balance between physical effort and collective thinking. The format is deliberately open: some trials reward speed, others reward accuracy or the ability to read a clue that no single person has all of. Because every team faces the same sequence, the ranking is easy to follow and the atmosphere stays friendly. The winning team receives local delicacies, a detail that keeps the energy up until the final whistle. The challenge suits corporate groups who want a lively, theatrical activity without a demanding physical programme, and it adapts well to mixed ages and abilities. The instructors keep the story moving and make sure each person has a turn at the task they enjoy most. Afterwards, a short debrief helps the group identify the roles that emerged naturally, such as the reader of clues, the organiser of the route or the one who keeps the team calm when a trial goes wrong. Locations, trials and duration are chosen with the client according to the season and the number of teams.

- 1We agree on the setting, the number of teams and the theme, then prepare the trials for the chosen location.
- 2On arrival, teams receive their role in the story and a short introduction to the rules.

- 4The team that clears the last trial wins the local treats, and the final ranking is announced on site.
- 5A debrief with the instructors closes the activity, followed by a refreshment or a meal.

No. The riddles are designed to be solved by a group, and the instructors give hints when a team is stuck. The emphasis is on discussion and cooperation rather than on prior knowledge.

Yes. The theme, the characters and some of the trials can be shaped around the company's values or a particular event, while keeping the same structure and the same balance between physical and mental tasks.
Is the challenge suitable for a seminar day?
Yes, it fits well between two work sessions or as the closing activity of a seminar. The timing is agreed in advance so the group can return to the programme on schedule.
