Nature challenges ask a team to work with what is around it. The Camargue offers wide open spaces, reeds, sand and the shore, and the tasks are designed to make use of that setting. Teams are asked to build something with natural materials, to find their way with a map and a compass, to solve a series of collective puzzles or to create a piece of land art that is photographed and shared at the end.
The format is inspired by the survival games and creative challenges popular in team building, and it is adapted to the group. Each task has a clear objective, a time limit and a role for each member, so that the strongest and the most cautious participants contribute equally. A facilitator runs the day, gives the instructions, keeps the pace and leads a debrief where the teams reflect on how they worked together.
The challenges suit a seminar day, a retreat or a team gathering that needs energy and a shared experience. They can be held on a single afternoon or over a full day, and the level of difficulty is set according to the fitness and the expectations of the group. The location, the materials and the timing are confirmed with the estate before the day, and the programme always respects the natural areas.

Do we need any sporting level?
No. The challenges are designed for a mixed group, and the difficulty is adjusted so that everyone can take part at their own pace.

Yes. The group is split into several teams, each with its own facilitator or route, and the results are shared at the debrief.
Can the challenges be combined with a lunch?
Yes. A picnic or a lunch on the estate can be planned between two sets of challenges, which keeps the energy of the day.
