Viparis lists reception formats from 500 to 4,000 guests, with retractable tiered seating from 500 to 2,200 places. Principal rooms include the Le Nôtre room (1,900 m², seating up to 1,600), the Delorme and Gabriel rooms, and a 1,300 m² foyer with a 4.8 m ceiling; room surfaces differ slightly between listings.
Its position is its strength: a prestigious central address for European and international corporate events, with the metro station opening directly into the complex.

Metro lines 1 and 7 (Palais Royal – Musée du Louvre station, with a direct entrance), with several other lines within walking distance. Gare de Lyon and Gare du Nord are each about 20 minutes by metro or taxi; Roissy–Charles de Gaulle is roughly 50 minutes by car.
