- 20:00 – Welcome dinner at Amanie Paris, a contemporary brasserie in the 15th arrondissement with whole-restaurant hire for up to 170 seated guests, subject to availability

Day 2 – Breakout sessions, team short-film challenge and dinner at Andia
- 09:00 – Breakout sessions in the hotel's Trocadero 2 and Trocadero 3 rooms, of 87 m² each
- 12:30 – Lunch at the hotel
- 14:30 – Team short-film challenge: teams write, shoot and edit a short film or advertisement with tablets and props (2 to 3 hours); the filming location, indoor or outdoor, is confirmed at booking
- 19:30 – Dinner at Andia, Paris 16e, a restaurant with a modern identity on the Chaussée de la Muette, with banquet seating for up to 220 guests; private rooms and exclusive hire are checked directly with the restaurant, after a private transfer from the hotel

Day 3 – Closing plenary, Palais-Royal walk and party at Retro Music Lounge
- 09:00 – Closing plenary: commitments, owners and follow-up calendar
- 14:00 – Breakout feedback session, with a short report from each group to the plenary
- 15:00 – Theatrical mystery walk through the Palais-Royal in Paris 1st, led by an actor, about 2 hours outdoors, for the whole group
- 17:30 – Closing party at Retro Music Lounge, Paris 17e, a 120 m² lounge with Art Deco-inspired décor and karaoke rooms, for up to 150 standing guests
- 12:30 – Lunch at the hotel, followed by departures
